In CA, got a settlement years ago; worked for Office Depot: exactly the same scenario.
Received check years after the settlement, in the thousands (and a gift certificate !)....nice windfall as I had forgotten all about it.
These class action suits take a long time.
All affected will eventually receive additional letters/correspondence. Unpaid OT hours accumulate owed $$ fast, so glta on a fair payback.
These big box retailers never learn; always scheming how to screw boots-on-the-ground employees.
