    • I purchased a computer at Staples in 2009. It contained Vista. Last week Vista crashed and it was taken to Staples for repair. The repair cost me $450 and two complete days of lost work. I was informed that my purchase of Windows 7 would correct the challenge. It seems Staples backed up the previous material and transfered it to the new system. I also purchased Carbonite for another $70.

Upon bringing it home I realized at ALL of the icons and what the shortcut represented was deleted. I called to see why the material was not backedup either by Staples or Carbonite. After many run-arounds on the phone the man requested me to bring it in and he would explain why it happen.

BACKUP means complete backup and not a half way job. Now I am out about 1,000 hours or work, if at all possible, $450 and have a computer that I cannot use for weeks or months.

I suggest selling all of your stock in Staples since you might see it go further down from the 19% it has lost in the last 12 months.

    • Think how much more you can get when it hits $10
