Debt/Equity just above 20% = no LBO (at least not a hostile one.)
If it was more like 50% I could see it but I believe it will have to be a friendly deal.
Granted the board only owns a shade over 2% of the company but...
Any way you look at it; this news will increase speculation in the stock which is great for longs & put sellers (otherwise known as ME!)
