Staples at least knows where the business is, and that's the internet. Closing small stores is nothing but a wise move. With their latest advertising bliss, it just shows they are growing, not shrinking
I agree. Think today's drop was a huge overreaction. I think they are taking the steps they need to take. Whether they are around 10 years from now, I don't know, but I don't see them folding anytime soon. They are not Sears, JCP, or Radio Shack. They seem to have good cash flow, reasonable debt, and a secure dividend. I bought ten $10 Calls for 1/2015 at $1.90. First time I ever bought Calls. Figured it limited my downside risk while giving me a shot at some substantial gains.
