I don't think there is anything to that. I've heard that too, but all I can find is on January 22, Koninklijke announced that it has informed BT Office Products International that it will make an offer to acquire the remaining 30% of the company that it doesn't already own for $10.50 per share in cash.
On Thursday, there was some sort of lawsuit announced by the shareholders, but I can't find anything about SPLS being involved with BTF.
