I thought after a split the price was adjusted down to account for the extra shares? I suppose, then that the price will be adjusted Monday to about $17.00. Is this correct?
In looking at the 5 year chart for SPLS, it shows 4 splits, and after the last 2 splits, the price remained unchanged for a period of time. Don't get me wrong, I would love my position to increase by 1/3 overnight, but I'm sure I am missing something, could someone enlighten me?
Buy, buy, buy ( or add, add, add to your position) on the split. Sure, this company is not going to make you fast money like some of the techs and others. If you want a trading buy, go elsewhere. If you want a good mid to long term hold with a solid position, SPLS is a buy.
