    Compliant about service

    I have recently be given a refund at my request
    from your new Staples store in Edinburg, Texas. The
    sales associate at the copy center desk was less than
    helpful. On Aug 28th, I placed an order for some name
    badges for my employees. The young lady who help me was
    very helpful and my order was completed. About a week
    later I called to inquire on the status of the order
    and was told that the order had been shipped two days
    earlier and I would recieve a call when the order was
    received. On Sept 11 I called the store and asked for the
    copy service desk and was transfered. I gave the sales
    associate the information he asked for and was told that he
    would check on the order. I was placed on hold for over
    10 min. before I hung up. I then went directly to
    the store where I inquired about the order and was
    then told by the young man that he remembered speaking
    to me this morning and he told me that he told me to
    call back to check on the order. I then informed the
    young man that I was kept on hold this morning and that
    he never came back on line, so I hung up. He then
    told me that the order was on hold because I had
    selected the wrong colors. I ask him why no one ever
    called me tell me about the problem. He gave no reply. I
    also asked him why he put me on hold this morning, he
    said he didn't and that he told me that he gave me all
    of this information. I informed him that he did not
    and I suggested to him that I did not appreciate
    being called a liar. I then asked for a refund which I
    was given. I just thought you might like to have this
    information. Being the President of All Transportation, Inc.
    the local agent for Allied Van Lines I would like to
    know if any of my employees are treating my customers
    with less than top level service. Thank You Joe
