pix----you say too much about yourself. you might want to protect your identity better. anyway, signing a 30 year lease in hoboken just means there is a cheaper place to house the company. it has nothing to do with signaling that the company is not for sale. that sort of thinking is just illogical.
all that you say is true regarding the company's assets. i have never claimed that the company was asset poor. in fact, since i believe the shares are selling at close to a 50% discount to what a private buyer might pay, i bought a boatload of stock this week at 14. i will probably buy more this week. historically, it has always paid to buy the stock at this relative valuation over the last 20 years.
i believe Q3 earnings are due out anyday.
so, pix, just keep building those asset values. kching, kching, kching.
for the heads up about identity, but I don't believe I've posted anything improper. I've stated nothing more than what is already public knowledge, and my own personal opinions.
And, you're correct, I have no special knowledge of whether the company is for sale or not. It could be sold next week for all I know. I was merely stating my own personal opinion, as misguided and uninformed as it may be.
