    selling?

With all the good news about to hit, it's interesting to try to figure out why and who is selling AMPE at these very low prices and just before it is going to take off. Lucky break for the buyers getting a great deal.

At first, I thought it might be margin selling but the volume was too big yesterday and the selling is still there without any price movement.

It's not likely that any short sellers would take the kind of risk that exists today with shares about to explode.

That leaves only the large shareholders.

We know it's not management because they have agreed to further lock up and besides they know their stock is going much higher and they are not interested in selling at these low prices.

It could be but is not likely to be the investors who all bought in at higher prices because they don't have any profits here.

That leaves one suspect . . . the early DMI shareholders who probably have a big profit even at today's price and who may be selling to lock in the favorable capital gains tax rate before it goes up on January first.

Or they just might be in a corner and need money.

Whatever the case, this is an outstanding opportunity for buyers to accumulate stock very cheaply.

Investors who buy and hold will be the big winners. Let the naysayers laugh and have their fun but in a short while, they will just quietly fade away and take their idle talk somewhere else where they will be heard so they can feel important.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
