Excellent 10-K; exactly what one would expect at this stage of AMPE's progress. AMPE still needs powerful PR person, not to rah-rah the stock but to deliver meaningful communications to present and potential stockholders who have put up their money and want to be informed fully about what is happening in the company. Stockholders are an important audience for management.
