If you look at their UBS presentation, it clearly indicates that they are in "Late-Stage Partnering Discussions" . How's that not sharing information? I don't expect them to come out in public and name the partner until all the details have been finalized, both legal departments have reviewed, revised and approved any contracts and the timing in the market is right. If they would have shared more info, wouldn't that be insider information and not only risk their reputation but several Anti Trust Laws. Come on folks, we are all nervous in anticipation of what's next but there is no reason to panic. Bringing up statements like these in a day that most of the market, including AMPE is down is immature and shows that your patience is running out. Keep it to yourself, talk to your spouse or a shrink and stop sharing your negative personal assumptions in public as it is not helping AMPE or it's shareholders.
Zertane was supposed to be their product that was closest to commercialization. CEO in the Noble presentation said that once POPE was approved, the drug would be off loaded. Turns out nobody apparently wants it. Not good.
