    AMPW will ALWAYS remain undervalued

It is completely obvious that management does NOT CARE ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS WHO HAVE ENTRUSTED THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THEM. Most investors have already figured out that their leader is completely ignorant about the equities market and does not know the most basic element in valuations, THAT NO COMPANY CAN EVER ACHIEVE FAIR MARKET VALUATIONS WITHOUT A WELL-KNOWN BANKER AND WITHOUT STRONG PR.

It is absolutely amazing how ineffective management is when it comes to rewarding itself and its shareholders.

They do not not realize it, but they are setting themselves up for an easy takeover at dirt cheap prices. Do not be surprised to see this company the target of a Pearl Harbor attack due to their inexperience and arrogance. Gross undervaluations will always attract a big buyer who will swoop in at an unexpected moment, take the helm and get rid of the dead weight. Management does not have control and shareholders will throw them overboard the moment a White Knight suitor makes their appearance.

This company lacks the kind of leadership requireD to be successful in the stock market, They may make more announcements that will drive prices up somewhat, but the price OF AMPE SHARES will ALWAYS UNDERPERFORM without a major banker and without good PR.

    Sentiment: Buy

    • Racavelli has said as much on numerous occasions which begs the question why so many on this board see such lofty valuations for this stock, ampion's efficacy and or marketability will have little to do with the pps if management hasn't figured out the value of a major bankers backing at this late stage. We will see the high 6's or lower again. already went as low as $7.10 today. ampioosh may be onto something shorting this at $8
