    Spin off

    Seems to me, only reason to spin off a portion of the company (with a Co. this size) is because they're setting this up for a sale, soon.. JMHO

    • Those were my thoughts.

      Banked a Berkeley company that had developed a state of the art vision field machine in the 80's (yeah, I am old...) that a major publicly traded corporation bought out, however, prior to the acquisition, the Berkeley firm has to offload one of their divisions--the vacuum curretage (aka baby suckers) unit as the major corp thought it might be a political faux paux....

      Vacuum curetage and wind up you weenie drugs tend to fall in the same category for some individuals...both useful and both have a place, but sometimes not in a publicly traded corporate acquisition.

      We could be entering a very interesting time laws bound to change in 2014 and the average age of Ampion's senior management is older than me, which is close to older than dirt,...
