There is always one it seems out there on every board. Don't know enough about the company.. they trying to inject Co2 for recovery? Do they drill or just go to old wells? The CO2 line for injection? The pipeline cost estimation is a probably way off. Pipe size will influence cost, but 5 years ago it was running around 2 million per Km, which is around 1.2m per mile finished..
"Final survey results indicate a revised pipeline length of approximately 38 miles. Updated cost estimates suggest that the pipeline can be constructed for approximately $18mm, assuming current steel prices. The Company will proceed with the necessary federal and state permitting work in 2013 and expects to begin purchasing rights of way in 2014. "
They are probably off by a factor of 3. Since they have not started to purchase the right-of way it is doubtfull they know that cost either unless they have imminent domain in place.
Some of their wells are hardly putting out anything so I wonder how this cost is to be recouped? Has this line been put off a few times?
