Can anyone with experience comment on the timing of the FDA announcement? Will the decision likely be communicated by the FDA to SuperGen the end of the day on Sep 1, meaning the market won't get to react until Sep 2? Or will it come right after the market closes on Sep 1, meaning after hours trading on Sep 1 will get the jump on the action? Or does the Sep 1 deadline mean an announcement that morning? I know they can release a decision before Sep 1. I'm just trying to understand how it will play out if it comes down to the last day. Someone on this board posted a few weeks ago that it was their experience that these decisions almost always come out on the due date, because the FDA is understaffed and is crashing to complete their paperwork; except in cases of an unmet need.
