<I have a call scheduled with IR tomorrow and I will ask.
I will also ask if MGI still owns their 4K shares>...I'm sure you meant Eisai and their 4M shares. Some are mean on this board on grammar and math errors. Made a few errors myself, typing too fast.
Would eisai be the other institution to buy these shares? If brookside wanted to unload all these shares and needed a large buyer, who better than eisai? Just a wild ass guess...probably way off.
By chance I saw both trades go through on my Time and Sales window. The trade at about 1:10pm was for exactly 500,000 shares. The second trade at about 2:13pm was for an odd number just above 4,000,000 shares. I vaguely recall it ended with 52 shares which correlates very well with the 4,594,052 shares Brookside had.
I hope your current prediction holds up.
The sale was a block of 4,035,052 that sold for 2.1395.
Again, my perception is that an institution sold. The SUPG pps rose thereafter in movement with the market.
The test will come with tomorrow's price movement.
