Updated earnings. Looks like Dacogen did about 43M in sales. About 1M more then YOY. I cannot find the audio version to presentation. But here is the link to what I did find:
My understanding Easai just finished the 1Q10. If I find the audio I will provide the link.
So with 30 million revenue for Dacogen last quarter and 43 million this quarter we should see a little more than 9 million royalties for Dacogen in next quarter's earnings.
Of course, this does not include JNJ. If they can get China rolling, we could be looking cash flow positive next quarter.
Can someone verify for me, does the JNJ deal require that they pay royalties at the highest (30%) level regardless of what EISAI reports?
I'm sure Easai's deal with JNJ is for a set percentage, let's say 35%(my guess). If U.S. sales 160M for annual year and then we have let's say 40M outside, supg only cares about each gap up percentage, doesn't matter where they come from, they eventually get added together to move the percentage up. All we care about is WW sales keep growing, easai has to pay on the accumulated sales and eventually they push the total over each 50% increased percentage.
my guess is dacogen sales are decreasing in US but do to JNJ efforts...sales are increasing out of US...so the net-net to SUPG may be stable numbers...possibly wishful thinking. It would be helpful if either esai or SUPG actually broke those numbers down for us.
Looks like Dacogen did about 43M in sales
But free monkey said
Manuso stated that Easai gave guidance of significate growth, I listen to the quarter update on easai and they gave no guidance
If anyone put a pencil to the $2M short fall in revenues they would understand that meant that these wholesalers returned $10M of dacogen
I'm going to catch that stupid monkey and give him to the local zoo.
