    easai

    Jelly,

I'm sure Easai's deal with JNJ is for a set percentage, let's say 35%(my guess). If U.S. sales 160M for annual year and then we have let's say 40M outside, supg only cares about each gap up percentage, doesn't matter where they come from, they eventually get added together to move the percentage up. All we care about is WW sales keep growing, easai has to pay on the accumulated sales and eventually they push the total over each 50% increased percentage.

Gotcha... So if total Dacogen sales come in at 200 million (I'm glad to see that we agree on that number) we would see $47.5 million royalties. This contrasts with expectations from the conference call of 38M to 42M.

It's gonna be close but we have a very good chance of breaking even for the full year at this rate.

Of course, I think expenses will ramp up quite a bit next year if the company can stay the course that Manuso set in Wednesday's presentation.

That is where a partnership will really help but they will be walking a very tight rope with the partnership game. They will want to maximize any partnership monies as much as possible, and that means taking the drugs to phase two without partners IMHO.

    • 50% suppose to be 50M increase sorry typing fast.
