whoa kiddo's, it will probably be tomorrow. Depends on when they start counting the release of the CMHP opinion (either the 19th or 20th of july, and then whether they start counting for DAY 1 asthe next day [a norm for lots of legal stuff - i'm a lawyer).
Remember, it is Jansenn, not ASTX, that is applying in EU. They are on Europe time and the ruling is in the european theater. So it is possible the information is released just before or after the close of EU martkets.
Its nice to hope the ruling will be made based on US stock martket times (before open or after close), but:
1. Jansenn Cilag applied in EU (should follow EU times based on EU decisionmaker EMA); and
2. Jansenn sublicenses from Eisai (a Japanese company); and
3. ASTX (a US company) is third on the rung in priority when it comes to the timing of the release.
If you see a "halt" in trading, the news just came out somewhere else around the world.
