So they didn;t recieve 5 mil on Sept 29 ?
If they didn;t recieve 5 million for the 3rd quarter earnings might be below expectation. It might be below $2.75 come earnings time.

  Given the news today and the lack of buyer interest, it is a good bet we continue our share price lower.
