I have no clue - nothing in the news that supports this jump. Maybe people have finally decided that this REIT (or collection of REITs) is undervalued. Volumn is heavy though, that's good.

ya todays move is kind of shocking and its on heavy volume.....does someone know something???????? i do know the iyr is up but rnp is really jumping
