Echoes of $0.25 ; = $25/100 where TXN buys NSM for $25/s.
(I posted this message earlier or so I thought but was unable to find it so am reposting. If it shows up twice ... then something is wrong w YMBs.)
TXN: Texas Instruments NSM: National Semiconductor
The main difference is that NSM = $14/s just before the buyout was announced. Just after the announcement about NSM as the stock market closed it's share price jumped to $24/s rewarding stockholders with a 78% increase.
It's a reversal here. SOPW's share price before LDK's announcement was at about .48/s and of course SOPW agreed to .25/s shorting investors here by at least .23/s a loss of 52%.
NSM had annual revenues of (10987): : ? 1.5 1.9 1.9b
These are interesting parallels but it seems to me somewhat reversed.
