I think apfappa is on the right track. Sure, $4.60 comes before $10, but I agree with him that the amount of time between $4.60 and $10 will be very short. Maybe very very short. BP's still have budgeted $$$ for acquisitions being 1st quarter. Companies don't usually start taking $$$ back from budget till about halfway thru 2nd quarter. BP's are now in desparate mode to get their share price up due to poor performance in their own R&D. HZNP has very high growth potential, tax losses for going forward, great market in arthritic pain relief (especially since the high population of baby boomers are just beginning to realize their arthritis). HZNP stock price is still very very low but with great revenue growth. Hence a smart or very smart BP can see all this and know, that even an investment in this company of about $1.4B will generate very positive returns within 2 years considering their larger sales channels as well as Duexis now approved in Europe. Furthermore, I don't think this company will accept a token offer of anything less than $1B. BP knows this so the smart one will beat all the rest to the end game and make a stunning and genuine one time, now or leave it offer of about $1.4B. JMHO. Hans.
