    About TruNoc per IR

As promised, per Kathy Galente (Sr VP Horizon IR) TruNoc was removed from the Company Website because Horizon no longer has a "development" pipeline per se; instead they have focused their capital on Rayos and Duexis and have adopted a philosophy of acquiring new products in their core competency through licensing and partnering. (Which, by the way is pretty much what they say on the website if I had slowed down enough to read it.) This isn't a new decision; they've said the same things over and over again, and TruNoc was just there as kind of a holdover I reckon.

Anyway, I promised I'd post when I had any info, and now I have. As a side note, Ms. Valente at IR was most helpful.

    • Gee, they're philosophers now! LOL!! How about they kept TruNoc on the website to keep gullible investors believing there was something more to the company than the 2 #$%$ poor products they have on the market now. What I'm eagerly anticipating is Duexis being dropped left and right from insurance formularies after the ridiculous price increase they just instituted. I thought Timmy & Todd would have had brains enough to milk the cash they have left to keep themselves employed at least for another year, but they seem absolutely clueless. Eagerly awaiting the Q1 report to see how fast cash is dwindling and how soon they're likely to dilute the #$%$ out of current shareholders with another offering. Stay tuned!

      • As a general rule when the drug manufacturer sets a new WAC (wholesale acquisition cost) as HZNP did by tripling the WAC price on 3/15, all the same discounts and deals get priced off the new WAC price. Keep in mind while the price increase was huge, as far as I can tell it's the first price increase they put through since the WAC price wass very low in late 2011 when the drug was selling poorly as the salesforce hadn't been expanded yet and they were dealing with that ugly debt with covenants tied to revenues so they were in no position to raise prices. Things are going well, sales are growing strongly and thus the price increase which should be a huge boos to the top and bottom line.

      • Since you're assuming that the price increase would have been advanced without investigating what the impact would be to insurers' formularies I'm fairly certain that you've got them confused with someone (like yourself) who couldn't manage a lemonade stand on their best day. Duexis sales gained traction quite nicely last quarter and there's NO indication that it will do anything but continue to gain traction in Q1; Rayos gives all the indications of a successful launch as well. Since cash burn is manageable as of the last CC and there's NO NADA ZIP indication of a need for another Secondary, I'll be MORE than happy to stay tuned.

And one needn't BE a philosopher to HAVE a philosophy: your personal philosophy is evidently to be a clueless, bashing idiot. My personal philosophy is to IGNORE clueless, bashing idiots. See how well that works out for both of us?
