    This stock blows

Business is supposedly brisk, but they can't even assure profitablity? Looks like this is a company run for the benefit of the insiders, no regard for the stockholders.

    • Why do you say that? What benefit do you see insiders taking that are outrageous? Between Zack, Tobin, and the CFO I see a total of $850,000 in salary, then of course the outside directors do get something too. But I don't think it is so much that it is unreal.

As far as "ensuring profitability" - if you listen to the call and read the transcript carefully, it didn't say that they can't assure profitability exactly. What it said was in response to the question regarding "full year profitability" taking into account the just turned in first quarter with the posted loss. Considering the shift to subscription licensing/pricing, I think they are not completely certain as to the timing of revenue recognition and thus profit until they have a greater number of clients on it.

Beyond all that, if you look at the SEC filings, Zack has recently provided a $2 million line of credit to the company - so there wouldn't be a need to go to a bank or the markets and take on debt. Don't you think that is for the benefit of shareholders? Lastly, look at how many shares Zack owns. How can you even begin to say that the company isn't being run for the benefit of shareholders and to increase shareholder value? The guy is sitting on over a million shares and the CFO has 315,000 shares. Doesn't common sense tell you that these guys would be doing everything in their power to get the share price up? If the stock goes to $10/share they makes a ton more than whatever bits they get in salary and benefits. Further, those top 3 officers are sitting on a combined 400,000 options that are all underwater and worth nothing with the stock where it is today.

What would you make you believe that insiders were running the company for the benefit of shareholders and not insiders as you currently believe?
