VHC Launches Gabriel and SDN Licensing
VirnetX currently offers two licensing programs:
- License the Gabriel technology as a Software Development Kit (SDK)

- License the Gabriel patents for independent implementations of VirnetX’s technology

Our patent portfolio is primarily focused on securing real-time communications over the Internet, as well as related services such as the establishment and maintenance of a secure domain name registry. Our patented methods also have additional applications in operating systems and network security.
Customers who want to develop their own implementation of the VirnetX patented techniques for supporting secure domain names, or other techniques that are covered by our patent portfolio for establishing secure communication links, will need to purchase a patent license.
The number of patents licensed, and therefore the cost of the patent license to the customer, will depend upon which of the patents are used in a particular product or service. These licenses will typically include an initial license fee, as well as an ongoing royalty.

Customers planning to offer Secure Domain Name registrar as a service to their customers for generating secure domain names, will need to sign a service revenue sharing agreement in addition a technology license agreement.

jhawnny, the cream always rises to the top. Besides, when you have con men like Terp and Duh_grant intentionally posting misinformation day-after-day, sometimes you have to remind folks how well VHC is positioned going into the home stretch of this litigation.
