Intersting post about Avaya. Can we hear the knocks on the door

Our friend Jsteven brought up a good point about Avaya. Thanks JSB,you are always thinking..Here is his post and a response from Beach,Thanks beach . You can read the entire thread on IV."s Avaya exempt from entering any Proposed Pretrial statements or supportive Exhibits? Or is their document available in PACER, too?

Thanks for posting the VirnetX and Cisco stuff. But I don't see any Avaya Contentions or Objections to VHC Contentions. ".................................................................................................................From Beach.." Baker: You may have answered some important questions with your own. I would think that a Proposed Joint Final Pretrial Order requires the signatures of all the parties heading to trial. Sounds more and more like Avaya's lawyers are over at Wilson Sonsini's office.

    • willie7 More facts coming out on IV. Cisco I guess thought they would never get caught with their infringements. Cisco is just blatant about their infringements.

      • Joe I remember reading back sometime where Floyd mentioned and showed how Cisco was infringing more then Apple and that it would be easier to prove. I have seen some of Cisco's manuals and they look like they copied some of the info from the Virnetx web site. I still cant believe Cisco is going to take this to trial. How absurd. I know they also have a ton of cash but why be shown to be a #$%$ and a liar. Doesnt make sense to me. Why tell the worl we stael other companies technology and lie about it....
