Of course it will matter when Avaya settles and I think it will finally sink in with some big buyers as Avaya is a well known American company. And, what will happen after Avaya settles, will be an announcement of more lawsuits. They won't sit there with just two lawsuits on their plate. They'll file some other big names and then I believe you'll start to see some voluntarily coming to settlement. Also, CSCO will never go to court if the AAPL judgment is harsh.
