Sorry, have been away quite a while with personal matters to attend to, however, I do sneak a peek once in a while. Willie, are you going to the ASM? Anyone here going? Noticed that on IV there are some seeking questions. Might not be a bad idea from here as well. I'll start with one:
1.) Was the Apple negotiation a REAL negotiation, or was Apple just obstinate and turning their nose up? Meaning, was there ever a meaningful dialogue or just forced attendance by a Judge for Apple?
#2.) Are the Gabriel prototype trials finished/close to finished, and are there any ongoing discussions for commercializing the technology with any major players in that space??
PS Idiots need not reply. Thanks in advance.
geejo,kaz and eldoc,
if you havent got your answers let me know. I did get your answers and have not read anything on the boards yet. It looks like lots of junk was posted.

gee, I'm in Vegas now, (got married today) leaving for the ASM tomorrow. KL was pretty through in his presentation last year so he may very well answer those question without having to ask them.
Vhcstrong, good question. I think we all know Apple IS gonna pay--one way or the other. When, ee can't say for sure, but they WILL pay. So, in the scheme of things, monetizing Gabriel (#2) might be the more important. However, I would certainly not be surprised ( in fact I half expect it) if KL doesn't announce some sort of partnership or agreement with a big player regarding Gabriel without being prompted. Or at least update shareholders of how close they are to monetizing Gabriel. I believe somewhere in recent past KL suggested that signing Gabriel agreements would be 2nd quarter (now) goal?? Not sure, but I think I made that note somewhere. If, indeed, he addresses the Gabriel issue in his presentation, then certainly question 1 would be great to know.
Bill, well first off--CONGRATULATIONS!!!! My niece and her husband have just moved to Vegas for the 2nd time. Where you headed while in Vegas?? As to the ASM, you may be correct, but if not answered I would think those basic questions would be a great start to confirming that VHC is making progress and hopefully will be a little more forthright in the future for shareholders. Have fun on your honey moon and enjoy the ASM!!! Never been, but I hear Lake Tahoe is beautiful this time of year!!!!
geejo, I am going. And would be happy to ask some questions for you if willie is not going. I'll check back late and see what willie has to say. If you need I can give you my email so you can PM me if needed.

vhcstrong, thanks. If we don't hear from Wille, please take the 2 questions with you to the meeting. I know someone mentioned that last year KL did ask for questions from the shareholders group. The year before I guess they asked for questions prior to the meeting in writing. If indeed KL fields questions this year please ask the above 2 if possible. The answers might be helpful to all of us. Also, it may be difficult to get in 2 questions as you may have some of your own, so if any one else is going feel free to write down the questions and ask them if they have not been asked. Additionally, I know there is a lot of sensitivity around litigation and negotiations ongoing, but sooner or later VHC management has to open up a little bit to keep shareholders aware of some of the goings on, or they will begin to tire out long-term investors without some additional news events or updates. It has been a long run so far. I'm not giving up by any means (even with all the idiots filling the board with the nonsense!!), I'm in it for the long haul and ALWAYS have been, but would like to get a little more news out of management about our investment. Patience is the best attribute for an investor AND the BEST way to kick #$%$ where the shorts are involved!!! The shorts have got to be scared senseless with 4G coming on quick and ASM and Apple and MSFT and...............................you name it.
