    Insider activity

I just read the 2Q conference fall report online and found it encouraging. But then on Yahoo, looked at the insider transactions, and see that the management officers did lots of sales back in May when stock was in upper teens ... as compared to today. Then on or about August a huge drop in the share price ... which was at the same time of the above conference call.

I'd be interested in others spin on these items please. The stock looks attractive, especially the divy, but what does the above tell us?
Why all the sales of stock by officers just a couple-three months before the conference call? Why the drop in value on the day or so of the conference call? Just how assured is the divy ... which was discussed somewhat in the call?
