It's not that simple. About the time that HCII got into the business, the legislature changed the rules to punish all of the companies that had been writing responsibly. They had to give back about half of their premium in wind mitigation discounts and mandatory reductions. HCII never had to deal with that. These companies don't turn on a dime. It's going to take a little bit for TCHC to right the ship (if they can) but it's not because their management isn't as good as HCII's. The best thing HCII has going for them is timing.
