And its selling (@ the last of $4.20) at .55 times tangible book. Most all of its Florida competitors trade at what, at least .95 times book, and others way over.
If TCHC just gets to .8 times tangible book, and still retains lowest valuation status in the sector by a big margin, it would have to go up 45% from these levels.
