KB -- You hit the nail exactly on the head. Cullimore is the son of the founder of DYNT and inherited his job and he has never EARNED it! He is the mayor of a town so who knows how much of his time actually gets spent trying to promote DYNT business. Cullimore is good at giving a spin anticipating better results but the profits never materialize. My take is that he and his cronies get lots of perks and enjoy a cushy life at DYNT shareholders expense. I have continued to maintain a small position here because I think the business should be a growth business but it needs new leadership. Cullimore is a failure at creating shareholder value and should in his own best interest and the interest of shareholders find a competent, experienced mgmt team to replace the lethargic crew who currently leads this co. down a path to nowhere!
