I have been watching IMN closely for some time now. Today the company released cost estimates and financing plans for Panama Copper. Instead of JV - they are issuing $1B in bonds and holding an 80% stake.
Market did not like the news - stock is now trading at $46.50 where I felt compelled to pick up shares. While more of the risk of potential cost busts/increases will fall to IMN (and there always seems to be something with these projects) so will the reward. Looks very interesting here indeed.
