What funds own this company? I couldn't find a record of institutions buying BELFA.
Seems very fishy to me that they are trying to turn their backs on what seems to be a very reasonable offer.
The response to the buyout makes me think management might be using the company as their personal piggy bank, and they don't want to let go.
