ISRG already has a sweetheart deal with our company. Imho, the real threat is a major company like Johnson & Johnson or G.E. medical devices. I refer to it as a threat because in 2014 this company will begin to really break out.
If J&J or GE make a run, ISRG will have no choice. BUT, if ISRG makes the offer without any known competition in the bid process or public exposure, they can probably pay a lot less and NVDQ will have a say in the terms of the transition.
