    Buying an ice company

Am thinking about buying a local ice company with daily production of 32 tons per day of Turbo for $300K.
All delivery and customer expense is taken care of by a dealer.
The plant's profits will come from the dealer at around a selling price of 5-6 cents per pound picked up at the plant. The plant's overhead will only be production related and will be paying $1500 per month in rent.
The company is located in the South, production will run at full capacity around 9 months out of the year.

    Question:Is it worth $300K?
