Oh for the love of god just help him. If one person does the work, and 20 are reading it, its a better deal for everyone. That's economics. And besides, its the nice thing to do.
IMHO, the deal will close in late July if the high yield markets are favorable to float the paper, all approvals are in, and the financing is be floated quickly. OTOH, and more likely IMHO, is that it will close between Labor Day and mid October, as alot of planets have to be aligned to get it done before everyone goes to the Hamptons in August.
HTH, and that took all of 30 seconds to write. It may be worthless, but it took the same time to write as some of the other less helpful comments in this thread.
mariyatrader, how beautiful of you to respond the right way
contrary what others said, I find your info to be more meaningful even if it MAY NOT be completely accurate
i don't assume everything posted online is 100% accurate anyway!
'mariyatrader' no offense to you but you are making my point for me! It is incredibly naive and dangerous to spout off like this. Your post is actually worse than no post at all ie worse than worthless! no offense but you sound like you are just 'winging' since you provide nothing to substanitatte your WAGs. Meanwhile the company itself has given SEC FILED information to the public free and easy. Is it really so hard for someone to click on the link and read???? Hey it's in English after all!
Hmmm . what's this MB for ..
I did not get a chance to read up all the SEC docs on this.
I have minimal stake (long via selling naked puts) in this. I was just wondering when the options are expected to expire worthless! That's all to it
Still any expected dates on when this saga is over ...
