    Insider Sales

The price looks right but a couple of good sized insider sales doesn't inspire one with confidence.

    • Yeah apparently one family owns 75% of the company. I don't like insider sales either but I don't really see who else would sell. The stock's been on a steady decline basically since it became a publicly traded company, and since it is at a lifetime low then conceivably NO ONE who has ever bought it has made money, except when they take advantage of small short term price fluctuations. So my theory is that whoever does have some is so discouraged by the performance they are dumping OR the MORE LiKELY SCENARiO is that since it appears to be leveling out at a low, the family is divesting itself of some shares in order to spur some buying action. I'm not trained in economics or finance but that's my 2 cents. Does it hold water?
