Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. Message Board

I started buying HALO in August and find the company very exciting. There seems to be a ton of potential with hyaluronidase related products. But I'm looking for a little help with DD. Can anyone comment on how alone in this space is Halozyme? Hyaluronidase is produced by at least three other companies but it seems they haven't taken the technology past augmenting SC infusions. It is generic. Any opinions on how difficult it would be for any of these companies, or a big pharma company, to decide to pegulate their own version or combine another hyaluronidase with their biologics? Can anyone guide me to an analyst report or even a Seeking Alpha type report that addresses this?

    The other products are:
    - Vitrase by Bausch and Lomb
    - Hydase by Akorn
    - Amphadase by the generic company Amphastar
