Trial lawyers should work for a

Consider me one of those so-called "little people" who completely disagree with idiots like this guy.

American juries are now comprised of under educated morons who have very little math or business skills and think corporations are loaded with money and awarding 250 million dollars is no big deal. What more ironic, these same idiots will be totally outraged when they pay a substantially higher amount for their pharmaceutical drugs and, of course, blaming drug companies for for the high prices (ignorantly thinking they're being gouged) when it's these ridiculous awards that are causing drugs to be so expensive. The other side effect of these outrageous awards is that it will dampen research in offering new miracle drugs because everyone will be afraid to put new drugs on the market knowing some ambulance chasing American trial lawyer is ready to pounce with a class-action lawsuit. You will see more and more research firms and inventors going abroad to less litigatious countries to escape the America's out of control trial lawyer system. At the end, America loses while other countries win.

If I was an inventor, no way in LIVING hell would I ever bring a new product to the American market.

We'll continue to see our cost of living decline as well as Great Britian's in comparison to other develop countries because of our litigious nut case society. Actually, the decline started a long time ago.
