    • I believe it's free publicity to astute investors. After the MDXG WSJ article, I'll bet there are quite a few investors with MDXG now on their watch list.

      Yes, do not underestimate the lobbying power of trial attorneys. There is a reason why limits on medical malpractice lawsuits didn't make it into Obamacare.

    • The article starts with law firm generated propaganda, followed by Mimedix explanation and cientist stating some placental tissue does work for inflammation. Due to the lawyer going first and headline of article, I would say it is an attack generated by the law firm and journalist friendly to the law firm. The fact remains, FDA gave Mimedix a pass on Amniofix only to bring into question this form of the product a year later. No one knows what the FDA will do, but may require larger clinical trials demonstrating no adverse effects for amniofix. As for the law firm, I am not an attorney, but FDA approval then retraction a year later does not insinuate liability or misleading shareholders. Amniofix was not mentioned as a major revenue generator in press releases.
