My theory on this is that it's being valued by the institutions on strict conventional measures which warrant $24 and not much more. When it drifts higher one or more of the institutions views that as free money and sells into the premium. Below $24 is a bargain and they buy. Insiders and institutions are holding maybe 70% of the float.
I've been doing small quick trades buying below $24 and selling slightly above. Playing for 3% swings. So far so good!
