yeah - you did. Why on Earth would retail investors buy at 23.4 when they're doing a secondary offering to dilute existing shareholders, and doing it at $22.50!! Makes no sense. I guess they feel they can GET $22.50, which maybe makes the bagholders of today feel they're not too far out of the money. But there's no reason this stock shouldn't sell right back down to 22.5 or below when it opens tomorrow and the adults are back in the room.
