    • From what I see, a form 15 was filed for some "Preferred Share Purchase Rights" ARNA must have that meet eligibility rules permitting them to terminate registration of those rights. Here is a quote from a Latham & Watkins Capital Markets Group blog:
•A domestic US company will generally do this by using Rule 12g-4, which provides for termination by filing a Form 15 certifying that the company either (1) has fewer than 300 record holders or (2) has fewer than 500 record holders and less than $10 million in assets as of the last day of each of the company’s last three fiscal years. (In a merger scenario, the target company typically becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the acquiring company, hence it has only one holder.)

    • It's a real hoot watching the arna board. Any little thing that occurs, the koolaid drinking, becebo mind numb walking dead get their collective panties in a bunch and scurry all over the MB like a bunch of cockroachs. They are certainly a bunch of sick faqks. It will be really entertaining when belcebo flops. Watch for the small pop at final DEA approval, the pull back to dead money and then the errosion of the pps as reality bites.

      • Belcebo will actually do better than Qsymia out of the gate in my opinion. They will be able to advertise right away which is big news. VVUS will soon be able to do that as well which should help. The shareholders will make some money on that pop but how much I don't know. I won't buy ARNA because I don't believe in the medication. 3% weightloss is garbage, high dropout rates clearly show the drug is really a placebo effect. I would venture to guess but admittedly do not know the answer that most of the people that did loose taking belcebo were on the younger side where they could exercise more. Regardless, the real numbers show that the drug will eventually be exposed as more of waste for spenders. The approval in the US and in EU(which is likely to occur) to me are motivated by inside forces. Did you know that ARNA was able to make and did make recommendations to the evaluation of the approval of Qsymia in England? Dr's prescribing Belcebo will get an earful from disgruntled patients that spend and spend but do not get results.

    • at 25.00 a shr ill take

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Its something to do with a SEC Form 15 ARNA submitted today. Maybe they are going to merge with VVUS and that is why we need a larger facility. lol.
