I think they have to file something - check the NYSE listing requirements - but the fact is that their due date is past without any explanation. That is extremely unusual and rather disturbing. They certainly have enough money - could sell a few thousand shares 20 pay the accountant.
Captain, you get a thumbs up your post, but remember that it is INVESTORS who prop up the stock. I don't think any firm can hold a $6.9 billion market cap for very long with no revenue and no P/E. Be careful and always take your profits or at least recover your initial investment first.
