Conference Call precedes R/S Shareholder Meeting Vote
Good to hear of the Conference Call days in advance of the R/S vote meeting. Even though major holders will ultimately decide, It is better for Mangagement to put 'cards on the table'. What success has been met to date, even if not 1km rolls stacked waiting for shipment, will make a R/S more palatable to the voting shareholders.
What path forward shared now will be presented to NASDAQ hearing for extension. Probably the added lease space there in Austin (stated in last 10-Q) figures into the plan to be laid out at the hearing. That space could be utilized for an interested partys (their intent probably can be shown to the NASDAQ with concreteness enough to satisfy 'path forward to meeting listing requirements').
CorporateWiki has not shown Terry Lingren as an officer for Resonant for quite a while now. And Dr. Hammond and Mr. Quiram are listed as Members, Hammonds designation of CTO changed. Neal Fenzi, who is a named inventor on some early to mid 2000s SCON patents with Dr. Hammond, is maintaining a domain name called ResonantWireless. I have seen e-mail address for Mr. Lingren ending with @ResonantWireless. Perhaps the conference call will reveal a thing regarding.
The R/S vote gives Management the choice for a one year period. Anyone have an idea how long an extension might be granted without implementing R/S if the business plan Management could present is plausible.
The company has wisely avoided bankers debt. The backing of Mr. Kopp in this HTS wire initiative has been indispensible. Barring some excellent committment announcement like 'partner funding to develop second line in near term', the low share price now could give Mr. Kopp shares now to average his position to profitability. If we are rounding a corner here, that seems fair to me.
