    VTSI - breakdown

VTSI broke the triangle pattern in was in and next major support is .06. Not a bad return from .13/.14 in September, guys :)

While a lot of "mavericks" here were predicting a run to .50 by end of year, we stuck to guns and told you all to watch for specific resistance spots and technical failures in the charts. What you are witnessing is a breakdown of the triangle and year end selling should be kicking in very soon...taking VTSI down to that .06 support level.

CDF is ALWAYS a killer to little co's like VTSI...and this play was no different. In fact, it was/is textbook action. Learn how to play the CDF game and you will prosper.

VTSI has gone up way too far...too fast. From under .02 to where it is now is simply too much for a co. with such small revenues. Market cap is too large at current cap and will continue to adjust accordingly. Management may have fooled some of the less experienced traders by putting out PR's of a "profit" (a fraction of a penny...lol) and the main reason why VTSI remains on the PINK SHEETS is because they would not be allowed to report under a penny profit on the OTC BB or higher exchange.

Do you all ever ask yourselves "why" this company never mentions any plan to get off the pinks? In short, THEY DON'T WANT TO. Why? Because it's easier that way ;)

Meanwhile, the co. will continue to issue millions upon millions more shares to keep them afloat. Already up well over 300 million...wow!! Where will they stop...500 million? A billion? DILUTION kids...DILUTION.

You may want to take a serious look at ARTX here and thank take the time to thank the poster who threw it up on your board yesterday. Huge revenue growth...huge backlog...extremely low OS shares...and a market cap of just 2x that of VTSI with a significant amount of much higher revenues. They are very close to turning a profit and they are not a pink sheet stock.

    Good luck!

    • WHAT triangle? I see a rising trendline going back to October 14, 2008, starting at .0058 (wish I'd bought back in then!) with the next important low at .011 on March 10, 2009, then .037 on August 18, 2009, followed by the panic move to .063 on November 12. The line is presently at .075, the stock is at .083. I would neeed to see it close convincingly below the line to believe the advance is over.

Also, where do you get 300 million shares from? Are you on something? Or do you just double whatever the actual figure is?

      Andy

      • You agree that he is a liar? If you think about it for a few seconds, people who try to scare people into selling a good stock using lies and deceit are not mere criminals, they are terrorists.

        Mar 31,2008 OS = 129,654,154 shares
        Sep 30, 2009 OS = 142,031,154 shares

That is only a 9.5% increase in 1 and 1/2 years.

Meanwhile, just in the last year ...

"For the quarter ending September 30, 2009, net income is $364,485 compared to $189,453 during Q3 2008. Net income improved by $175,032 in third quarter 2009 as compared with third quarter 2008, which amounts to a 92.4% increase."

Next quarters results will be almost double the earnings of last quarter's record results. And that doesn't include any LM deals, and 5 recent sales.

    • Hmmm, must be watering his camel again. No answer, what a dork.

      • Storyteller? You are too kind. Liar is a word I would prefer to use to describe nomad.

        Nomad LIE #1:
”CDF is ALWAYS a killer to little co's like VTSI...and this play was no different. In fact, it was/is textbook action. Learn how to play the CDF game and you will prosper.”

FACT: As of September 30, 2009 the total amount owed to Dutchess was $326,311. That is very little debt compared with revenue, earnings, assets, and market cap. Any way you look at it the effect on future share price or OS will be at most insignificant.

        Nomad LIE #2:
“VTSI has gone up way too far...too fast. From under .02 to where it is now is simply too much for a co. with such small revenues. Market cap is too large at current cap and will continue to adjust accordingly.”

FACT: Even for an overly conservative P/E of 10 based on last quarter's earnings, the share price should be 22% higher than it closed today.

        Nomad LIE #3:
"Management may have fooled some of the less experienced traders by putting out PR's of a "profit" (a fraction of a penny...lol) and the main reason why VTSI remains on the PINK SHEETS is because they would not be allowed to report under a penny profit on the OTC BB or higher exchange. Do you all ever ask yourselves "why" this company never mentions any plan to get off the pinks? In short, THEY DON'T WANT TO. Why? Because it's easier that way ;)"

FACT: Small companies are on Pink sheets to save on accounting costs, and that is the reason that management gave. If they could not report a fraction of a penny, they could simply do a reverse split to put earnings in terms of dollars and cents.

        Nomad LIES #4 and #5:
"Meanwhile, the co. will continue to issue millions upon millions more shares to keep them afloat. Already up well over 300 million...wow!! Where will they stop...500 million? A billion? DILUTION kids...DILUTION."

FACT: Since March 31, 2008 – 1.5 months before Bob Ferris became CEO – to last reported on September 30, 2009, the number of outstanding shares (OS) increased from OS = 129,654,154 to 142,031,154. This is an increase of only 9.5% in the last 1.5 years.

ARTX: You literarily can’t compare ARTX to VTSI, because you can't realistically compare negative earnings with positive earnings.

        Copied from jtparcelles:

“Nomad, your thoughts are simple at best. take more than 2 minutes and look at ARTX....How many reverse splits have they had in the last 5 years, how many people ask questions on their conference calls(only 1 on the last call-LOL)? Why do they have such a large payroll and many failing businesses within the company? This company cannot make money and if they come close the executives take a larger piece of the pie. I ran this up on the stock buyback from $.77-$1.89 and got the heck out....never like the company but liked the trade.” -- jtparcelles
        ---------------------------------------------------

FACT: I don't recall nomad ever telling the truth. I thought about listing his lies and deceit for the past few months, but found that would take way too much of my time. Besides, he uses the same lies over and over and over and over ...

Do you all ever ask yourselves "why" Nomad is here? The share price has come down from its high and has stabilize around 9 cents. If any one wants to sell their shares cheap IMHO Nomad (among others) will buy them. His being here is actually a good sign. He wants to buy low and sell high; IMHO he sees that VTSI share price is at a low point now and is poised to trend back up.

    • Gee Nomad, can you tell us the story again? You know the one about how the CDHers have the wind to their backs and doing what they do best.Please,Please,Please.Your such a great storyteller!
