It is inevitable that restricted shares become part of the float. They only have to be "absorbed" if they are sold. It doesn't matter if they were or were not, pps = 8.8 cents now.
That 6 cent order is never getting filled. Don't wear out too many keyboards trying.
I have only posted "facts" to correct your lies. Now there you go with your dilution story again. The amount of dilution is insignificant -- do the arithmetic -- if you can. I can't believe anyone with at least half a brain would take you seriously.
Once again, where do you find the time? There should be a posting limit on yahoo. I would love to exchange posts with you all day, but I have a life to get back to.
Why haven't you posted this fact about the company?
ANOTHER 7.5M SHARES were added to the float plus 12.5M became unrestricted last quarter!! That's an awful lot of stock to absorb!! Float increased 20M last quarter!!!
I'll tell you why...BECAUSE YOU LIVE IN FANTASY LAND and only like to post/read about FAIRYTALE stories. You don't like to read things like DILUTION....and that is why you continue to be in limbo here (and will be for the year).
market is about to rally again, son...you might want to hop on board a company is isn't diluting so much Q after Q if you want to make some REAL money.
Heck, I'll even throw you a bone here. Compare CMZ to VTSI in 8-10 weeks and be amazed...
To be in OTCBB, it costs about $200K to $250K per year (not 100% sure, need to check). That could be a good reason to move to PK and save some money. Over next 1-2 years, at this growth rate, I believe PPS could be at a level that could qualify a higher exchange listing.
"To be in OTCBB, it costs about $200K to $250K per year..."
BULLSH@T!!! Show us that link, cockroach!!
You cockroaches were warned, but you failed to take heed. Now our pals NITE are involved and YOU'RE ROYALLY F@CKED :)
See you at .06 soon :)
In one of the letters from the CEO to shareholders he says it will save them money that can be used for the business and the time involved with reporting.
As we all know it also keeps the pps from rising to a decent level. Only certain investors will play around with .pk's.
