I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again. They have an awesome product. I have been to Lake Mary, FL multiple times and love playing on the range. As a viable publicly traded company, where a shareholder hopes to make a profit from owning shares, just pathetic.
Although these dips, could be creating profitable opportunities. Personally, I'm done, I even started selling off my position a while back in the $0.07 range and some more last month in the $0.05 range. So sad, but it is what it is. Real Estate investing in FL is proving more lucrative.
Figured today was a good day to see the above subject line at the top of the list. It looks like someone else gave up today and said "see ya later". I bought a tiny number of those shares and I'm guessing some other current shareholder bought the rest. Sad.
Market value is $6.3million.
The company is clearly worth far more than that as it would be impossible to plop down $6.3 million and end up with the company. On the other hand, $12million might just get you the whole thing. We need to start pressuring these guys to sell out....at just about any price.
